Processing Time

All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours (Monday–Friday).
Orders placed on weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched on the next working day.

We currently ship within the United Kingdom only.

Delivery Method

All orders are sent via Royal Mail.
Standard delivery times are typically 2–5 working days after dispatch, depending on Royal Mail’s service levels.

Shipping Cost

We offer Free UK Shipping on all orders — no minimum spend required.

Order Tracking

Some Royal Mail services do not include full tracking. Where tracking is available, you will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.
